Accounts Receivable Automation

Hi,

We are in the midst of transitioning from NAV 2017 to Business Central. We are at the same time looking for a 3rd party app or integration that can help with Accounts Receivable collections through automation like automatically sending reminders and copies of outstanding invoices, etc...

I have started to do some searches and found a few that look interesting, but before i did any in depth research or demos i was wondering if anyone already has been using something and can suggest one that they are happy with.

Thanks
Sam

EBizCharge. The payment solution is fully integrated with Dynamics BC and can handle things like auto-sending payment reminders, invoice links, recurring billing, and offering a customer payment portal for customers to access invoices and such. Everything syncs back into BC too, which helps cut down on manual entry.

Hi, you can search for the solution you need in AppSource, which is very convenient.

    https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps?product=dynamics-365-business-central

If you are ready to customize, you can create a Codeunit for sending emails like the previous NAV, and then run it during a certain action, or set it in the Job Queue to run regularly.

And the solution of using Power Automate is also recommended in BC, the following is a simple example

Josh is an expert on this, and you can also look for solutions on his blog.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

Not necessarily used for AR automation but clients using Continia Document Output use it for your mentioned scenarios, and more.

Credit control type apps are probably worth a look too. AR automation has a different spin if you check out apps like versapay
