Restricted rights for warehouses and transactions.

We have various FG(Finished Goods) & RM(Raw Material) warehouses managed by different teams.

In case of FG, one is restricted to ship products from warehouse he manages to any other warehouse whereas he can receive products from any warehouse. 

Also in some cases, he is responsible for generating sales invoice from the warehouse he manages. We may restrict transfer orders in other cases.

How does one provided restricted rights related for selected warehouses and selected transactions eg., sales order / transfer orders / etc
