Is it possible that once HR department confirm on the pay statement, we can freeze the pay statement (Not posted) and no one can change it except the authorized persons. Currently in generating the pay statement and posting we have the gap of 2-3 days, so I want to block them once they confirm that payroll is ready and we will freeze it for further changes and only one person will have the access to change if there will be changes.
Or something like the workflow, once HR department finalize the payroll they will submit to the workflow and approvals approve it it and no changes take place in the payroll.
Please advise.
