Item sales price

I'm looking to understand how the item prices get populated.

Our client uses customer price groups and individual customer price lists but not the item prices, however they seem to be populated automatically and this is the first place BC goes for a price therefor it is usually the wrong price.

How do we stop it looking here for a price, how do we make sure prices are not auto populated here and finally can you run a routine to clear out any prices here across all items and colour combinations.

Any advise greatly appreciated

I don't think the item unit price is updated automatically unless you use the Price/Profit Calculation. Check your item card.

    Hi,

The sales price calculation is described here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../sales-how-record-sales-price-discount-payment-agreements

Yes, you can develop a routine to update prices in documents that are not yet posted.

You need experience in AL & VSCode for this.
