How can i reflect the Cost mentioned in released products in "Manage Cost" in to the Manage Costs Menu Button, which is used for production cost

How can i reflect the Cost mentioned in released products in "Manage Cost" in to the Manage Costs Menu Button, which is used for production cost

Currently, the Manage Costs --> Item Price (as a menu tab) does not show any cost. Whereas in the released products "Manage Costs" is showing a cost

how can i reflect this cost to Item Price...
