File Not found error upon folder creation from Dynamics 365 Online

Hi,

We are running into an issue where the Sharepoint folder creation from Dynamics 365 fails only for certain Scenario.

We have two Entities, Opportunity and Account, the Document management is configured to have the folder creation based on Entity ie Account ( both the Opportunity and Account are configured same way). So whenever we have to create documents from Opportunity upon prompt of CreateFolder, folder gets created fine. However, this fails for the scenario where the Account of that Opportunity has a parent Account. The Account Entity has a hierarchical relationship setup to have a Parent Account.

I understand the issue is because of that parent child hierarchical relationship on the Account Entity which is the base for folder path at Opportunity.

I do not see a way to have a different configuration for Account Entity like not based on Entity different from other Entity documents management configuration. Any idea how this can be handled. We are on Dynamics 365 Online and using Server Side Sharepoint Configuration.
