POS crashes when printing from task pad

Hello

My client has POS 2009 and has a task pad button for printing off x reports. However when trying to use the task pad button to print POS crashes, with no error.

They can print the x report from the back office fine just not through the task pad.

Could somebody please advise me on this, thank you.
