Audit Trail Reports

I would like to understand what control / audit trail reporting capabilities that GP 10 has.  Specifically I would like to see if there is a report that identifies all journal entries and the originator for a given period, all GL accounts created, all cost codes created, etc.  Basically all activity by user to begin to monitor activities in the system.

 Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    I have reached out for some help around your question and this is was was communicated back to me.

    I would suggest this person look at GP Activity Tracking to see if that will provide the audit trail they are looking for.  It sounds like it would.  If the standard Activity tracking in GP doesn’t suffice, there are 3rd party products out there with more robust tracking processes.

    The Audit Trails module can capture the data you want to report. However, it does not wrap up the data you mentioned into a single report. Audit Trails provides its information in a SmartList format.

    Certainly, a custom report using SSRS or some other tool could be created from the Audit Trails information.
