Please tell me the During SO AND PO POSTING on each and every steps like Confirmation, PickingList till Invoiced which TABLES ARE GOT INSERT OR UPDATE?

Please let me know the tables name.

Hi Arpan,

Here are the major tables-

1. Confirmation -

a. CustConfirmJour

b. CustConfirmTrans

2. Picking list -

a. WMSPickingRoute

b. WMSOrderTrans

3. Packing slip

a. CustPackingSlipJour

b. CustPackingSlipTrans

c. SalesPackingSlipTrackingInformation (in case tracking information is being provided).

4. Invoice

a. CustInvoiceJour

b. CustInvoiceTrans

c. CustTrans

InventTrans is also updated for every process apart from Confirmation. Packing slip and Invoice processes also affect the ledger tables (GeneralJournalEntry and GeneralJournalAccountEntry).

SalesParmTable and SalesParmLine are called during all the stages. They hold the records in the dialog form (SalesEditLines). You can change the values in this table for the process and the same is then posted. This is how you would do a partial packing slip from a sales order. If a sales order has 3 lines, you can choose the first two for the first packing slip and can choose the third line for the second packing slip. SalesParmLine is defaulted with the values from SalesLine. SalesParmTable is defaulted with values from SalesTable.

Yes. The tables are different. But the concept is pretty much the same.
