Is there any way to revert integration between business central and dynamics 365 for sale?

I integrated business central with dynamics 365 for sales following the Microsoft documentation. Now i need to revert the integration between business central opportunity table and CRM opportunity table. Is there a way to bring both tables to there previous state?
