Item Maintenance - Negative QTY Return?

Hello,

I am getting a negative quantity in my in returns and i am not how how to solve this. Tried to transfer QTY returned back to QTY on hand and it only increased the negative (from -1 to -2).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
