Adding an image to a Customer Profile in CI from Dataverse Sales hub

Hi,

My team and I are working on Customer Insights Data, and attempting to add an image to Customer Profiles via a Dataverse coupling to Sales Hub. Within Customer Insights Data, in the Unify process, we attempted using entityimage (unified to Organization.LogoImage) to do this, but this did not work.

How can I make Customer Insights Data pick up on the logo image within the Accounts of the Sales Hub?

Hi,

Your requirement is to synchronize the avatars of Accounts in Sales Hub via Customer Insights Data to the environment where the Customer Insights journey resides. Is this correct?

Based on our testing results, it appears that if you upload an Account's avatar, the image is stored in the default image column in the Dataverse Account entity.

I think you can use PWA Flow to copy the data from that column to the environment where the CI journey resides. We are testing this approach to see if it works and will reply below if there are any new developments.

In this video and in this docs it says to map a URL field with a logo image.

I tested with the ftpsite field and was successful

I also tried to map the "entityimage" and "entityimage_url" fields as "Organization.LogoImage", but I was unsuccessful

Even so, I would recommend test "entityimage_url" field in your environment, who knows?
