AX Retail : POS receipts are printing without a logo

Hi all,

I have a POS which stopped printing logo on the receipts all of a sudden. The bitmap image is placed in the Retail POS folder and was never removed.

Event log errors are also not found in the POS. Does any one have any other clues/ suggestions on this issue.

    Try syncing all jobs again

    Hi Hassan,

    Thank you for the inputs. All jobs are not required and we only need 1090 to be pushed to the store. However, i am looking for a root cause.

    Hi Vikram,

    Upload a new image/logo in AX >  Relate the logo to the receipt > Synchronize 1090.

    Check the file name: RetailPOSLogo.bmp > (make sure the file is accessible. not locked or corrupted)

    Check the Windows update. (Check if windows has been updated recently. If yes, try to go back to version)
