Is it possible to create a Knowledgebase inside the Dynamics CRM 365 Application? Example: SalesPerson is filing out Opportunity -but is unsure about the information that he needs to put into a field so he clicks the ? button.

Wo will create guided help.
Open a model-driven app, and then on the command bar select Settings > Advanced Settings.
Go to Settings > System > Administration.
On the Administration page, select System Settings.
On the General tab, under Set custom Help URL, select Yes for Enable Custom Help Panes and Guided Tasks, and then select OK.
Then open the form and write our Knowledgebase.
Insert a ballon for each field.
