Budget import not reading all lines in Excel spreadsheet in GP 10

I have imported my current year budget into GP but it is not picking up the very last line in my Excel spreadsheet on the import.

    Is there a blank line following this one?  Put the cursor in the first cell past the last line and type a space character.  Then import.
