This looks like an extension/add-on on NAV system. So please ask help to the Vendor who does support for this Add-on.

I would suggest to check the G/L account cards used in the process, and check if those have the Gen. Posting Type filled in (either purchase or sale). Because this error is when in background system tries to post a General Journal Line, and on the line the Gen./VAT Bus. or Prod. posting groups is filled in, but the type is empty.
