We are running OOTB Dynamics with the marketing module after we have recently upgraded from on-prem to cloud, thus we are quite inexperienced on some of the Marketing functionality.
Case:
We are running small events and due to legal and compliance requirements we need to be precise on who was registered, registered and cancelled and registered but didn't attend/check in for the event.
Its easy to see who has been invited/registered for the event and but how can i in an easy way indicate that a contact was registered but didn't not attend and is therefore a no show.
Additionally, we want this to be registered in the system so we can use this info to create segments and use for customer journeys.
