
Update: Resolved.
After changing the ClassID to 1099MISC in Vendor Maintenance, the 1099 field becomes available and needs to be updated. Chalking up this rookie oversight to my 1st time doing 1099's!
While printing my 1099 test copies, I discovered that vendors that had been changed from "General" to "1099MISC" will have 1099's that print without an address. All other necessary information is on the 1099.
If the vendor was originally set up as a 1099MISC vendor, their address prints OK. It's only after it is changed from General.
When I pull up the vendor in Vendor Maintenance I see the address, but I have not been able to find any other fields where the address would also need to go. It's as though some type of link is broken. I thought this may be a common problem, but I haven't been able to find any other posts or links about it?
We are currently using Dynamics GP 2013 Version 12.00.1745
