A number sequence has not been set up for the reference System ID in the area Basic

Dear Experts,

Can I kindly ask you the below?

I am trying to establish the ledger settlement in the newly created LE, however struggling to achieve the result.

General ledger -> Periodic Task->Ledger Settlement - Ima getting the error and can not continue the task.

What might be the error? any confg?

    Hi Ramit,

    Did you check if this number sequence has been setup as it is LE specific.

    You might try running the number sequence generation wizard and generate the missing number sequences for this LE.

    When I go to path organization  Administration - Number sequence - click on generate

    I get message in notification that "cannot create record in Number sequence Access denied: you don't have sufficient authorization to modify data in database" what can I do to proceed.

    This issue is related to security role. I guess you need to have system administrator role to do this.
