Bulk Email Stuck as Pending

I have been having an issue with Bulk emails being stuck as pending.

Individual emails can be sent via Dynamics CRM Online but whenever we try a bulk email it gets stuck as pending.

I have checked the settings and the pending gap time is 10 mins and it is set to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook for sending emails

I have enabled tracing and below is a log of the errors when I try to send the bulk mail.

    Hi Mark,

    Try this,

    In Settings go to Administration -> system Settings -> Outlook and reduce minutes option in 'Send Pending CRM email every'.

    Hope this will solve your issue.

    Unfortunately I have tried that but it doesn't seem to have made any difference, the emails are still stuck as pending even after making the change.
