Please down load RR Utilities and you can choose to make standard RMS reports to work in greek if you still have any problem pls contact me on yasser@rrdisti.com
I mean standard RMS reports.. You still need RR Utilities and choose the language you want standard RMS reports to work in...
Standard reports? You mean the reports that are in Store Operations Manager Reports menu? Or are these started from Utilities menu (Crystal Reports or Add-Ins)?
I've customized lots of reports and I'm thinking about using Reporting Server because in Partner Forum I got also an answer that MS don't support different languages in RMS.

Edit: I took a look at RR Utilities - as I understand this is at all a separate program.
So solution for solving unicode characters problem in RMS Reports means using some kind of out-of-RMS tools (SQL Reporting Server, RR Utilities or sth similar)?

Your problem is resolved in RR Utilities that will make the standard RMS reports support different languages. Please tell me who is the customer and partner who needs this…

I have also a customer who uses international characters in the item names (e.g. "Ž" letter) - in RMS UI everything seems to be OK, but the problem is with Labels and Reports where characters are not correct. Tested various fonts in Labels and finally discovered that there should be some object with the Courier font before text objects.
So the Labels problem is solved when I add with the text editor the following object before others in the label file:
Begin TEXT ObjectCourier
Value = " "
CurrencyCode = ""
Left = 0
Top = 0
Width = 1
Height = 1
Align = Left
FontName = "Courier"
FontSize = 8
FontBold = 0
FontUnderline = 0
FontItalic = 0
FontStrikethru = 0
FontTransparent = 0
FontColor = 0
End ObjectCourier
In Reports I can change only the header font. And there is no matter what font I use - in the header characters are shown correctly but in the rows they are wrong!
How you have customized the reports? Are these run directly from RMS Store Operations Manager or do you use some other solution (Crystal Reports, Reporting Server)?

All RMS reports have been arabized. Since you are in Lebanon then you should have baught RMS from a local partner. Retail Realm is the Middle East Africa RMS Distributor. We have arabized all reports. Please contact me directly or let your partner contact me and will help you with that.

no way to report in arabic, as micro soft does not support arabic.
you can export in excel and see Arabic, or use thread party program like crystal reports.
