Is there a way to have a SLA KPI Instance with dynamically Warning and Failure time?

    You should be returning a double value.

    Hi Gabriel!

    I am very sorry for replying late. I have been these 14 days trying that solution that you tell me and I have some difficulties. I don't know if you could help me?

    -I have made the Process and the Plugin but apparently I am getting the following error:

    Exception Message: Exception occured in SLAInstance management custom action : Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.InvalidPluginExecutionException: Warning or the Failure Time returned by Custom Time Calculation Process for the SLA Item new_CustomPluginTimeCalculationf7fa15582e64ed119561002248047792 is invalid Error Code:0x10000008

    As you can see, I am returning the same values that arrive but it shows me the error mentioned above

    What do you mean by “dynamically”? Or what are you trying to achieve with it?

    I need more information for further research.
