
Last week i have spent along time fixing an issue caused by the lack of microsoft testing.
as we work on POS andoid version using the compact view.
we were on version 9.21.20164.2 and everything was working fine. after we have decided to update to the latest version. all test was done from our end on the retail on the normal layout (not compact one), everything went fine.
then we proceed the update to figure out on production environment that the compact view contain alot of issue.
1. customer account deposit when its pressed the hall interface will collapse and wont work until user rest the interface.
2. selling on customer account also act in the same way. and many other buttons on the interface.
this bug were found in version 9.30.21161.12
then we downgrade to the version 9.23.20282.7 running on each version of the retail scale unit . all have the same bugs.
in short this bug is in the system since 10/16/2020 and no one has tested.
please help to fix this issue..
