Sales Invoice Electronic Report Showing Duplicate Lines

Hi, 

I have configured the sales invoice report in Electronic reporting and I am using same format for other legal entities as well. The issue is Report is Working Fine for One Legal Entity but showing duplicate Lines for other legal entity. The Report was working fine until we updated the version to 10.34. I tried to figure out all possible option but no luck.

I am sharing screenshots for the invoices in both legal entities. Below invoice showing duplicate data

    We had the same problem and it was related to the feature "(Italy) Sales invoice lines sorting per packing slips" that was enabled when we upgrade.
    We dont use Standard SSRS reports for invoices so I dont know what the best way is to solve the problem there. We have the ISV Lasernet and there we fixed it with a script by taking out the field FIELD_SalesInvoiceTmp_InvoiceReportLineType_IT and put on a critera on the pattern we have on the invoice line.

    Hi Kevin;
    Thanks for your response, The issue is same report is working fine for two other legal entities but only for ITALY legal entity facing the duplication issue. Even the Model is same as available on Microsoft didn't drive and didn't change anything.
    Can i write some kind of validation script to check the line duplication in the report.

    Depending on the problem you described, it seems that there are many reasons for your problem, specifically the following:
    • Check entity configuration settings: Review the configuration settings differences between the legal entity with the issue and the legal entity that is working fine. Ensure that the configuration settings, system settings, and data settings are consistent across the two entities.
    • Verify the data source: Check the data source and data queries used in the report. Confirm that the data source is correctly connected to the appropriate entity data and tables. Ensure that the data queries do not return duplicate rows.
    • Review report design: Check the design and definition of the report. Ensure that there are no duplicate data sources or data fields in the report. Verify that the calculation logic and filtering conditions in the report are correct.
    • Check the report processing: Confirm that there are no errors or duplicate steps in the report processing. Check if there are multiple report tasks or processes running concurrently that may result in data duplication.
