Terminal Server 2008 R2 Application hang

I have the strangest issue. Has anyone seen this? Terminal Server 2008 running GP10.

I CAN log in from the terminal server or from the ITManager desktop into GP with sa or any other user. I CAN NOT log in from any other desktop into GP with any user.

It has to be a terminal server issue with access rights but I have been over every GP folder and SQL folder (on a different server) and all rights are correct. Thoughts?

It worked fine on Friday. Saturday i installed a Symantec Remote Agent on the server with SQL because of a new backup system and today it doesn't work.

Mariano,
It was never intended to be a double post. I didn't know the two were going to end of being the same thing until after the discussion started on the other posting. I apologize if this irritated you but it was not intended at all.
