Does anyone have a good way for me to obtain some information about what programs are known to be incompatible or compatible with GP? I am looking to make an extensive list of almost all applications GP touches. I want to do this for GP 2010, 2013, and 2013 R2.

If you were to search CustomerSource for System Requirements you can easily find one for each version including our Web Applications.

The BEST place to look for such information is likely Victoria Yudin's website. Here's a link. You could spend hours poking around the Internet trying to find the various System Requirements documents from Microsoft, which indicate compatible office software, operating systems, and the like, but Victoria collects and categorizes a lot of this information.
Dan, how do you define 'compatibility'? Are you looking to put together a list of all 3rd party apps developed for GP? If so, you might start with Microsoft Pinpoint - http://pinpoint.microsoft.com/en-us/home
