Hi,
First of all, thanks for anyone who helps. First time I've posted here
I've encountered an issue at the moment where Job queue entries keep getting created each time a user who has a Headline on their Role Centre login as well as refresh the page. The job queues that do get created are not clearing down and are stuck at "Ready". I've manged to test it on an account that I use which has "Super" privileges so I can't see that it is permissions but I could be wrong.
Anyone encountered this issue before? Is it something that can be switched off with ease or is it a coding sort of problem.
Cheers
Rob
Hi Franz (Captain Archer)

Hi Saurav,
Great thank you. I'll check this out and get a developer to do the necessary.

Hi Rob,
I also thought it was a bug and will be fixed either in cumulative Update or next release.
I also checked it today in 2019 Wave 2 (Cumulative Update 03) and code is still the same.
I think you can report it to Microsoft to identify cause of the issue.
Here is how it adds a job queue -
1. Most of Role Center Page has a part - <Headline RC Whse. WMS>.
2. When that page(1441) gets loaded it invokes function - ScheduleTask.
** You can comment Line 16 in the screen below not to create a job queue.
3. Which then creates a task as shown below.
seems to be a dev bug.
check if there are customizations in the role center page.
also check where the table job queue entry is used, especially in customizations (where used tool).
