I have a strange issue with document layouts for customers randomly inserting a string of 8 email addresses from other customers, all separated by semicolons. It's always the same email addresses, it's very strange...
This happened once last week, so I added Custom Report Selection to the change log, and entries show these changes being made by the users. They swear they're not inserting the emails. It's happened a few times now, and has resulted in at least one email that I'm aware of being sent to the whole string.
There are no customisations in place related to this area of BC, and no extensions related to emails.
I've checked the customer and vendor records, their emails are normal, and the contacts are all normal too. I've exported the custom report selection data and it looks normal too.
Can anyone please give me pointers to troubleshoot this issue further?
