Store Operations Manager requires Administrator Password under Windows 7

I'm not sure why this is suddenly an issue for me, but would appreciate some help.  I have a few new PC's to which I've just installed Store Operations Manager.  I set the compatibility mode to "Run as Administrator" for All Users.  I also changed the permissions of the Store Operations folder to Full Access for Everyone.  Yet, any non-Administrative Group user login is being prompted for an Administrator Password.  Solution anyone?

     This is not something I usually like to do but I would try turning of "User Account Control".  I don't like giving users Admin rights unless I really have to.

     Type UAC in your run prompt and set to never notify.  I would also suggest limiting users to "Power User".

    Thanks.  I had fogotten about that.  Luckily this post will sit out there so if I forget again in another year or so, I can find the answer more quickly!
