Workflow - Next Approver for all PO's

Hi Experts,

We are using PO workflow and are keen to understand who the pending approvers are for all PO's. I know there is a workflow history view which shows all the pending approvals, but I would like to know the 'who with' for all the PO's in one go. I know you can do it for a certain user (Find pending workflow instances for a certain user - Dynamicspedia), but I'd like it for all pending PO's.

Any thoughts, if this will be possible?

Hi,

There is no report or inquiry form available in the standard application for your requirement. The data is available in several tables. It is possible to achieve it with a customization. You can combine tables like WorflowTrackingTable, WorkflowTrackingStatusTable, and WorkflowWorkitemTable to create an inquiry form or report.
