Export Routing Rule

Hello,

We have a Routing Rule Set and it contains a number of rule items(morethan 50) with mutiple Rule Criterias/Conditions. is there a way to export these rule items(with the Criterias) as it's very hard to go through each rule in CRM? Is there any plug-in/add-in available to export all the Routing Rules into a user friendly format?

    Hi Manu,

    We can add the Routing Rule Set to a custom solution and then export the solution so that the Routing Rule Set and its routing rule items are exported.

    After that, you can import the solution into other instances, and the Routing Rule Set will implement the copy movement between the instances.

    1) Go to Settings > Solutions, click New to create a custom solution.

    2) Click Add Existing > Routing Rule Set, select the Routing Rule Set you want to export. Save and publish the solution.

    3) Select the custom solution, click the Export button.
