Customer voice permission issues

Hi,

I am trying to access Customer Voice to create surveys, and whenever I attempt to create a project, it asks me to select an environment. I choose the environment, but it gives me a message saying 'Permission Required.' You can try another environment or request permission from the administrator. I want to highlight that I have already installed the Customer Voice application in the designated environment from the Admin Centre. I also have the Project Owner role assigned to me, and I am still unable to access the platform.

Customer voice permission issues

I think it might help to read over this article again https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/connect-environment

However, you can also check if the project owner security role is assigend to you in the correct environment. Also check this article and go over the exact entities and their permissions. I believe this should help
