Send Approval Request from SQ doesn't change status to Pending Approval but to Release instead.

Send Approval Request from Sales Quote doesn't change status to Pending Approval but to Release instead.

I try to setup approval workflow

I almost setup as the walkthrough. But I use my test company and Sales Quote Approval Workflow from Template instead.
Please suggest me where to look for error in my setup?

I found where I setup that my sender is the approver. It in Page:Approval User Setup in Field:Salespers./Purch. Code. Before I put Salespeople/Purchasers Code as the User ID itself because if I left it empty when I Send Approval Request, a massage show up "The salesperson/purchaser user ID does not exist in the Approval User Setup window for Salespers./Purch. Code ." as in a picture.

I have no idea what this field:Salespeople/Purchasers Code is actually use for when there is field: Approver ID is serve my need. I put manager user in Approver ID. This field:Salespeople/Purchasers Code is require to be unique, why? If this field:Salespeople/Purchasers Code is for approver, why 2 user ID can't have the same approver?
