RichText Editor not listing in Form add controls version 8.2 on premises

hi, I'm trying to add rich text editor control on multiline text field in custom entity but I cannot find Rich Text Editor in Control List.

we are using version 8.2 on premises , I have checked in Email form there also i cannot use rich text editor is it bcos email form description is coming from default settings.

How do I add rich text editor in to the list ? I have seen there is a third party solution ckeditor , html editor so on... don't we have inbuild feature to turn on this anywhere ?

Hello, did you ever get an answer on this? I want the description field on the letter entity to lookup templates

Hi Path1n1

The version 8.2 does not have a rich editor for multi-line fields. You must look for a third party solution if at all.
