Hi,
We are creating new email templates using D365 Marketing, and would like to have responsive image according to the device, for exemple :
Mobile :
PC :
Do you have any idea how we can achieve this without using hardcode (conditional images)?

I'm guessing you've probably made two templates, one for mobile customers and one for PC customers. You want to automatically send the version based on the kind of device your customer is using. Am I right?
Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to do that currently.

Actually we would like to use one template and the banner image will be resized according to the type of device.

The new UCI interface will automatically adjust the display effect according to different devices.
you could preview the display effects of different devices in advance.

Thank you for the detail but as you can see in my example, it's not just about zooming in and out the image, the image has changed based on the device that opened the email. Any idea?
