Hi Guys,

I've been trying import payments from my excel worksheet (converted to csv comma delimited) file using the ERM import payment utility in and I got this error message in the exception report: under the Value column I get: LINE and under error message I get: Blank Transaction or Control Amount.

I have tried everything I know but keeps getting this same message. What do I do coz I might be doing something wrong, definitely.

I'll appreciate any help.

I guess i am late, but you are missing the control amount in the header field
