Hello All,
Would you please provide any valuable references to understand the table structure, relations and data flow in Dynamics NAV ?
Your feedback is highly appreciated

Hi Saf,
Refer following link.
shantanu-msd-nav.blogspot.in/.../msd-nav-table-field-relationship-part-i.html
Check following link, if you have NAV development license.
mibuso.com/.../the-big-picture-of-nav-v2
If you have specific queries, you can always revert.
I recommend you this post: forum.mibuso.com/.../all-table-relations-from-nav (but you'll need a development licencse :-))
BR,
There is no full description of table relations, you would learn them from practice. However this link might be also helpful: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh893827(v=nav.90).aspx
Thank you guys,
I have been interested in the msdn reference, since I couldn't open the file included in the project (the big picture of NAV).
One more question, as I review the tables in the MSD reference, I don't seem to find them in my "Demo" version of Dynamics NAV ?
For instance, the reference says there is a table for item which is (ITEM). Although, I can't find it in the demo version of Cronus. See image below:
Note: I have implemented the demo version of NAV 2016
Your feedback is highly appreciated,
It is actually available there, scroll down till you see dbo.CRONUS International Ltd.$Item
Also, there is such tool available: community.dynamics.com/.../182841
In SQL database, all the NAV tables would have company name as prefix except the certain common tables.
I have created E/R diagrams for Navision 4.0 (http://navitools.com).
...and NAV 2016: https://dynamicsdocs.com
