Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

Cannot receive quantity 1.00 because inventory transactions with status Ordered, Arrived or Registered are insufficient

Dear All,

I just posted a transfer order by mistake, now I want those orders be back in our inventory so I created new transfer order when I was in the middle to "ship transfer order" got the error posted above. How can I don't have qty to put back to my inventory where I just sent you the goods.

    Hi Cairoden,

    Can it be in transit warehouse? If you shipped the transfer order, but not received yet then it would be in transit warehouse. And to get items back from transit warehouse you should receive the transfer order first.

    Can you check your item's on-hand quantity?

    By the way,

    It seems like the subject and body of your message is not matching. The error is related to receiving, could you please confirm that you are getting this error when you are trying to ship a transfer order?
