While using the "Change Formula Item" option in D365, I am struggling to filter out the values that I want to amend so that I can have the rest on the screen and remove them.

Is there a filter option that works like "Is one of", but the opposite way around... "is NOT one of" in D365FO?

Or any other way to have multiple criteria on a not equal to or does not contain?

Hi,

You can use the option matches that can be used for custom filter values and provide your criteria as the next example:

!A,!C > excluding literal values

!*user*,!*resource* > does not contain

The exclamation mark will exclude values. The comma is the option to separate values. The asterisk symbol can be used as a wildcard. In this case the asterisk before and after can represent any character or multiple characters.

A* > begins with A

*A > ends with A

*A* > contains A
