Can anyone point me in the industry standard approach to integrate CRM or Field Services to the SAP, Sales Force or other platforms?
I need to know the best practices for security and data synch bi-directional.

The following is the official guide for SAP integration with Power Platform (specifically Power Automate flows running from D365/Power Apps etc).

Note there will be deeper integration with the PP to SAP via the clear software acquistion last year.

But speaking more generically about integration with the CRM/FS (CE) platform. It's best to read the Learn documentation on extending Dynamics 365.

It's a little older, but still relevant. Talks about modes of integration, security practices and so on.
