I have a user that also uses MS To Do and he was asking if there was a way to incorporate it into MS Dynamics. Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello,Currently there is no such integration is with MS CRM and MS to do ...It could be in road map as MS to do is fully integrated with Outlook..

For now if you want you can use the API to integrate MS CRM and MS to do...

I have seen several requests to have an API for Microsoft To-Do, but there has not been any official release to that. I don't think there is an API that you can use at this time.

However, there is a connector for Microsoft Flow for To-Do, which might allow to create a flow between Dynamics 365 and Microsoft To-Do to achieve the requirements you need.

    Hope this helps.
