When i try and open dynamics 365 crm i get the following error on all dashboards. It was working fine then crashed.
Hey Vickim.
On this particular cases, best advise is to open a request with Microsoft Support to check for the errors on the backend. One of the messages we see has to do with one of the dashboard expecting one quick find query for a specific entity but is finding 2.
In order to get further details please open a support request with Microsoft.

Please share the resolution if you have contacted Microsoft regarding this issue or had a workaround for this. We were also facing same problem in our environment.
