I get this message when hitting the reconcile button in GP2010. One or more exchange rates do not exist, help please? The rate table seems to be fine and I have even set the option ot not require rates to be entered into the rate table.

Hi Travis,

This has been a long while but I just wanted to provide my two-cents worth on the issue in case somebody come across the same issue.

Check any of your Bank Adjustments and verify id the Exchange Rate used is indeed a valid one. There is no report that can tell you which one so it will be a little bit of a hard labor checking each line which Exchange Rate was picked up and if they do really exists in the Exchange Rate Maintenance.

I know this is a number of years later........

But I came across this issue also in the Bank Rec window when selecting the Reconcile button it returned error: one or more exchange rates do not exist.

I used SQL trace as recommended by Sanjay Kumar here I found GP was looking for the exchange rate record with the correct date but a weird time not related to anything in the exchange rate table.

In the end to resolve the issue an exchange rate was setup for the date '2015.10.31' and the exact time '08:51:16'.

Then the error was no longer returned and the reconcile ran successfully.
