   In GP2018 (18.00.0628) is showing this message
 
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem wirh this package. The error code is 2711.
 
 
When check in the event viewer, the message  appears like this
 
Event 10005, Msinstaller
Product: Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem wirh this package. The error code is 2711. The argument are ProductFiles.
 
 
Please help.
