I am wondering if anyone here would be able to help? We just started using Dynamics SL and Crystal Reports 2008 to generate custom reports for our Accounting Department. Some of these reports are designed on non-custom paper sizes
When we call the report in Dynamics SL and Print Preview, our option is to PRINT or EXPORT. We are in an RDP Envrionment with more than 30 branch offices using this... so setting it to one single printer is not an option.
Anyway...
For example, we have a report sized at 8.5 x 12 inches. When we print this after Print Preview, it gets cut-off. There is no 'page setup' option in the Print Dialogue and even when you change the 'Printer Properties to the correct paper size, it still is printing to 8.5 x 11 with the columns cut-off.
Any help with this issue is welcome!
