Can you integrate the applications of google analytics and google adds with the add on of dynamics marketing? If yes, where would that information be displayed in dynamics marketing?

No, unfortunately Dynamics Marketing doesn't have an out-of-box google products integration
I suggest that you put this in as a feature request on the Dynamics 365 for Marketing Ideas Forum. The PM team reviews regularly and voting on ideas influences decisions.

Hello,
a partial solution would be to create a utm code generation entity which creates the needed links for GA for you. Google Analytics UTM codes are generated by a set of fixed link components together with a few variable ones. These variable ones can be filled through a single line of text and all the components can be put together through workflow or a calculated field with Concat(.... I created one and added it in the D365 for Marketing App. I am currently using it to add links into my marketing pages. Sadly, for now I still have to go to the entity first and copy my generated link before I can paste it into my marketing page. I hope that we can use the </> option in the future to embed my own generated links.
