We're ramping up POP and implementing PO workflow (not requisitions... jumping right to PO approvals). We've got workflow emails working just fine on desktop workstations.
But our CFO and President would like to approve/reject POs right on their phones. They receive the emails all right, but the Accept/Reject links aren't links, they're just text. Also the line item grid at the bottom of the email doesn't show up.
The "You have a task assignment for Purchase Order" emails on mobile devices look like this:
This is TEXT You have been assigned a task for the Finance step in the Purchase Order Approval workflow for Purchase Order PO-999999.
The words "This is TEXT" automagically appear. They certainly aren't in the email message template.
Could anyone point out what to look for that would allow the PO approval workflows to work properly on a mobile device? Thank you!
