FRx Provisional Report not reporting Unposted entry with more than one line to same account

I have an FRx Provisional report (Posted and Unposted) that does not seem to work.  The report has one row with just the AP account.  It uses a tree with two companies that are then mapped to two columns.  I have an unposted entry that has two lines to this same AP account used in the report.  When I view the report for Posted Only, the entry does not show.  When I view for Unposted Only the entry does show.  When I view with both Posted and Unposted the entry does not show as it should.  I unchecked the Combine Posted and Unposted option.  Any ideas?

    I did not use FRx for 4 years now, but is this not a date issue?

    No, I'm running it in a way that includes the date the transactions are on.  When I run Unposted only 12/31/15, the transactions are included.  When I run Posted and Unposted for 12/31/15, the transactions are not included.
