I just can find Ready-to-Use Business Processes in op(on-premises) document, and you mentioned that you are in D365 cloud, which maybe the reason that you can’t add it and log also can’t be download.

When I tested separately in the D365 cloud and op versions, the results were different:

The same error with you.
