Shipment Date missing on Sales Header

Posted on by 138

Hi,

I have noticed a few Sales Orders where the Shipment Date is missing from the Sales Header.

My change logs show me that users are clearing the shipment dates but I have verified with the users that they are not deleting them on purpose.

I'm wondering if my users are performing an action that is clearing the shipment dates without their knowledge.

Is there any action in Nav that could potentially clear the Shipment Date from the Sales Header without the user's knowledge?

    Drew,

Here is my test and explanation... I have an Order with a Shipment Date that is populated of 9/16 (on header) and a Requested Delivery Date = 9/21/21 and Promised Delivery Date = 9/22/21. Now if I enter Items the values show (seen below) you can see on the Line the dates match what I entered on the Header and any Shipping Agent shipping time pulled back from the Shipment Date (which I do not have one). my header will stay the same at 9/16/21.

HI, is it related to Promised delivery date?

    Hope this will help.
